Optimum’s nonexistent opt-out
If Optimum (formally Bresnan) is your ISP, you’ll notice that when you type an invalid URL into your address bar, you are redirected to an Optimum search page. This ‘DNS Assistance’ service has an opt-out feature as explained in this FAQ.
The problem is, it doesn’t work.

Mortal Kombat 2 fully restored!
The great MK2 restoration project is complete!
Fixed/replaced:
- Marquee bulb, starter, and ballast
- Joysticks and buttons – Replaced with HAPP competition sticks and buttons
- Coin door locks and lights
- Sticker removal and minor paint touch ups
Overall, the machine cleaned up well and looks great.
