After subjecting myself to the extended cut of Uwe Boll‘s hysterically terrible In the Name of the King: A Dungeon Siege Tale, I had to compile a list of the best/worst quotes in the film.

Here they are. Five lines written, performed, and not cut from a major motion picture.

“Give me the chicken! Ar! Ar! Ar!”

“I can’t read you.
I can read most men like reading scrolls of flesh.
But you…
you I can’t see past your scowl.
Why is that?”

“Those who you fight,
we will help you fight them.”

“Sometimes the Gods know what is best for us.”
“What the hell does that mean?”

“Funny thing about Krug.
They have no king.
So guess what I’ve done, old friend.”
“I dare not guess.”
“I’ve made myself King. King of the Krug!”

So anyway, I totally recommend this film for anyone who enjoys a good, campy, movie-gone-horribly-wrong experience.

The Krug sling-shot alone is worth the price of a rental. Trust me.
