The Run

The Beetroots have done it again with another great video.

This time with Italian director Jacopo Rondinelli. ‘Butter’ is just an amazing track and the video is a perfect fit. You gotta love the ending.

Top 5 Metallica albums

After taking some time to digest Death Magnetic, I’m now sure that it ranks among the band’s top albums.  After the horror that was St. Anger, I honestly didn’t think they would be able to pull it off.

It’s easily better than the black album, the album that marked the beginning of the end of Metallica’s old sound.  More surprising, it comes very close to edging out Ride The Lightning for the #3 spot.  The only thing holding it back is that Suicide and Redemption, while it’s a solid track, just can’t touch The Call of Ktulu as far as epic instrumentals go.

If you are/were a fan of 80′s Metallica, you need to purchase Death Magnetic.  You will love it.
